About my books. I write contemporary women’s fiction series. If you’re not familiar with the genre, it follows characters’ relationships, real live experiences, and emotional journeys. I chose the genre because the stories are easily punctuated with mystery, suspense, romance, even a little humor. Two of my recent reader reviews for Blizzard at Blue Ridge Inn summed it up this way. “When I chose this book, I was expecting a nice and cozy story. What I found was so much more!” and “Can’t tell you how long I have waited for an original story line. I was so pleasantly surprised.“
The reason I write series is because I love creating stories that follow characters through multiple experiences and challenges. Each new book in my series introduces new characters, some who remain, others who come for a period then leave. My sweet husband claims my characters all live with us. Actually, they live inside my head.
